HUGE $25,000 FIREWORKS EXTRAVAGANZA KICKS OFF JULY 4 WEEKEND AT OUTLAW SPEEDWAY

On the speedway it will be a Regular FAST 5* Show featuring all of Outlaw’s weekly competition classes.

Story by Kenny Shupp Jr.

(Dundee, NY) The Outlaw Speedway will open the month of July with a BANG as track owner/promoter, Tyler Siri will present the Annual Fireworks Extravaganza at the popular Yates County facility on Friday, July 4, 2025

Since purchasing the facility ten years ago, Siri and his staff have proudly presented what many consider the largest and most well-orchestrated fireworks programs in the Finger Lakes Region of NY.

“Traditionally we spend a lot of money and time putting this program together, stated Siri.  People come from great distances to see our races and fireworks and the show we have prepared for this year will be out best yet.”

This year Siri will spend no less than $25,000 on Fireworks, making his program the largest in the area.  With families enjoying the July 4 weekend it is anticipated that lake traffic and local campsites will be buzzing with vacationers.  Consequently, the timing of July 4 on a Friday this year makes this weekend exceptionally aggressive with travelers coming from all parts to enjoy the long holiday weekend.

On the Fast 4/10 of a mile clay oval, it will be a Regular FAST 5* Show featuring the Friendly Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram Mighty Modifieds.  Also seeing action will be the Crate Sportsman Division presented by Knapp and Schlappi Lumber.  The classy-looking Swarthout Recycling Street Stocks will also be on the card along with the Winner’s Circle Deli Mini Stocks featuring a mix of both front and rear wheel driven creations. Rounding out the FAST 5* event will be the Hobby Stocks sponsored by the participating NAPA Stores including Addison, Corning, Hornell and Wellsville locations.

The first green flag waves at 7:30 pm.

Gate times for both pit and grandstand entry, ticket pricing as well as other valuable information leading up to the night of action can be found at www.Facebook.com/OutlawSpeedwayLLC/.

Free camping is offered at the facility for each race event and with the larger than normal crowd expected for the $25,000 Fireworks Show fans are encouraged to come early as quality parking and camping spots will be at a premium.

A pair of watering holes await thirsty race fans.

The Turn 4 Tavern is located on the grandstand side of the facility with the Outlaw Saloon in the pit area and both offer a wide selection of ice-cold beer.

The Outlaw Saloon offers a top deck observation platform providing fans with a magnificent view of the speedway.

For those arriving early all concessions for food, beverages and apparel will be available when the gates swing open.

“We are celebrating the 68th season of Outlaw Speedway and I am going to make this year’s Fireworks Extravaganza one that everyone will be talking about for years to come”.    That once again according to Siri.
