Story by Kenny Shupp Jr.
(Dundee, NY) Friday night, June 20, 2025, will be a special night at the Outlaw Speedway as track owner, Tyler Siri will welcome all active and retired members of the Military and Police to the track as special guests.
“We depend heavily on our local Police Departments as well as the United States Military to keep us safe. Weather it is a situation in our home communities or problems abroad the men and women of this country that wear the uniform put their lives on the line every time they are on duty. It is with a great deal of pleasure that we welcome these fine people to the track as our guests and allow them the opportunity to enjoy a night of great race competition” That is according to Outlaw Owner/promoter, Tyler Siri.
Any or all members of any branch of the United States Military along with members of the Police are invited to the Grandstand Seating Area for Free simply by showing proof of service.
On the track it will be a complete Regular FAST 5* Show featuring the Friendly Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram Modifieds. Knapp and Schlappi Lumber Crate Sportsman, Swarthout Recycling Street Stocks as well as the Addison, Corning, Hornell and Wellsville NAPA Hobby Stocks which will run a special Freedom 40 lap feature paying the winner $1,500 and $100 to start.

Making their first appearance of the season at Outlaw Speedway will be the Hustle the Highway 600cc Modifieds with the winner taking home a handsome check for $1,000.
With several tracks within the region running the 600cc Modifieds on a regular basis there is a large pool of machines within close proximity to Outlaw Speedway, consequently a good turnout of equipment and drivers can be expected for the June 20 show.
Like other race venues throughout the northeast, Outlaw Speedway has suffered through a season filled with rained-out events dating back to the first weekend in April, however Siri remains upbeat and positive that the season can be salvaged once the current weekend rain patterns subside.
“We still have two full months in July and August providing several high-profile events including our traditional July 4 Fireworks Extravaganza, the Short Track Super Series Dave Machuga Memorial, Christmas In July, 10th Annual Summer Nationals, NASCAR Night and our Double Point Season Point Ending Finale. September offers two additional huge events including ULMS Super Late Models as well as the Fall Nationals and then there is the Annual Hoag Memorial in October with many of these shows televised on The Cushion. There is still a long way to go.”
