MAY 19, 2023 AT OUTLAW SPEEDWAY FEATURES THE RETURN OF THE TEZOS ALL STAR CIRCUIT OF CHAMPIONS 410 SPRINT CARS
Story by Kenny Shupp Jr.
(Dundee, NY) The Tony Stewart owned, Tezos sponsored, All Star Circuit of Champions 410 Sprint Car Series will make their way back to the Finger Lakes Region of NY for their first of two appearances during the 2023 campaign.
“Fans just love the 410 sprints when they come to Outlaw. Some of the best racing and biggest crowds that we have ever had at the facility has been provided by the All Start Circuit of Champions. I had the opportunity to book them twice this year with the first date coming up soon on May 19, 2023.” That according to track owner, Tyler Siri.
Several of the biggest names in the world of 410 sprint car racing will converge on Outlaw for the event including Sunshine Tyler Courtney, Zeb Wise and Justin Peck.
Last year’s winner of the ASCOC event at Outlaw, Brent Marks is confirmed to return to the famed Dundee, NY facility looking to make it two in a row after his victory in the Ted Siri Memorial staged in August of 2022.
Known as the Myerstown Missile, Brent Marks rode a wave of victories last season including wins in World of Outlaw events in Texas along with two huge victories at Eldora Speedway during the annual running of the Kings Royal. He would go on to become the top money winner in all of 410 Sprint Car Racing in 2022.
Prior to his win last season at Outlaw, Marks had never seen the track and after a barrage of early evening problems he found the Fast 4/10 of a mile oval much to his liking as he held off a late race challenge by runner up, Danny Dietrich and third place finisher, Cory Eliason.
According to Marks, “We had to change motors right after time trials then we had a rear end go bad later which we had to swap out. Not much went right until the feature when we finally got going. Not ever racing there before, the crew and I made a calculated decision on the set up and it worked perfectly. I am looking forward to returning to Outlaw next week.”
Fans are encouraged to make their plans to arrive at Outlaw early on May 19 as parking spots will be at a premium as well as prime seating.
In addition to the Tezos All Star Circuit of Champions 410 Sprint Cars the Friendly Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram Modifieds, Sunrise Insulation American Racer Tire Sportsman, Winners Circle Deli Mini Stocks, NAPA Hobby Stocks and Brock’s Bowl and Pizzeria Street Stocks will be on the card.
