OUTLAW SPEEDWAY TO LAY DORMANT ON FRIDAY, JULY 19, 2019

(Dundee, NY)  Staying true to the original 2019 schedule of events, the Outlaw Speedway will exercise their “Summer Break” on Friday July 19, 2019.

“When we set up our 2019 schedule of events we felt that it was necessary to offer the fans and competitors a night off during the peak of our mid-summer run, stated Outlaw Speedway owner, Tyler Siri.  Generally speaking after multiple weeks of competition everyone needs a break to regenerate the batteries for the final stretch run leading to the season point finale on August 30. Even though we have had multiple rainouts at the track we are going to stick to our original schedule and give everyone a night off to go and do something else.”

The track will lay quiet on Friday, July 19 as the staff and management will gear up for a huge weekend on Friday and Saturday, July 26 and 27, 2019.

In addition to practice on Friday, July 26 the track will make up several feature events from the partially rained out Short Track Super Series event staged on June 19.

The Sunrise Insulation Outlaw Speedway American Racer Tire 602 Crate Sportsman will race for $1,500 to win.  The field is set for this event. Also on the card the Stan’s No Tubes Street Stocks will run a $1,000 to win feature and a qualifying heat race will be run taking 4 unqualified cars to fill out the 24 car main event.  Same thing holds true for the Might 4 Cylinders as they will also run a qualifying heat race taking the top 4 to fill the field where the winner takes home $600. The Marion Decker Insurance Hobby Stocks will qualify 12 cars thru a heat event to fill their feature field where the winner will claim $500.
