SUMMER KICK-OFF BEGINS ON JUNE 25 AT THE OUTLAW SPEEDWAY FEATURING A SUPER 7 SHOW

Story by Kenny Shupp Jr.

(Dundee, NY) It is hard to believe that we are into the heat of the summer months, however the official start of summer on June 21 is looming and that means the beginning of a three-month period where race fans can be treated to some awesome race action at the Outlaw Speedway.

“We have a stacked schedule here at Outlaw for the next several weeks, stated track owner, Tyler Siri.  Beginning with the start of the Summer Kick Off it is one special event after another.  Our Fireworks Show on July 2 is second to none and it starts off the July 4 weekend in a huge way.  People travel from great distances to witness this fireworks spectacular.  We go the extra distance to make sure fans go home awe struck with our fireworks program.  After that it is Boy and Girl Club Night followed by One -on- One Spectator Races which is always a thriller.  We will welcome in Boy Scouts on July 23 followed by the Annual Steve Kent Memorial Summer Nationals Event as we wrap up the month of July on the 30th.”

“Boss Man” Siri has been known for his aggressive scheduling since purchasing the Yates County facility some six years ago and in 2021 there is no letting up.

“When Summer cranks up we turn up the heat here at Outlaw with plenty of excitement for the fans and special events galore for the competitors. June 25 gets things going and from there its loaded with plenty of great action.”  That once again according to Siri.

The Summer Kick Of, set for June 25 features a Super 7 Show including the Friendly Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep Ram, Modifieds, a pair of Crate Sportsman Divisions that showcase the Sunrise Insulation American Racer Tire and the Speed Connection DIRTcar Hoosier Tire Divisions.  The popular, high powered Lane’s Yamaha 360 Sprints as well as the Stan’s No Tubes Classy Street Stocks will also see action. Rounding out the card will be the NAPA Hobby Stocks and the Winner’s Circle Deli Mini Stocks.

From now until the Double Point Regular Season Finale on Friday, September 3, everyone will be paying a lot more attention to the points than what they did a few months ago.

“The first part of the season most fans and drivers do not get wound up in the points, but now we are more than half- way done and suddenly points become a major talking point.  We pay exceptionally good point money in all our classes here at Outlaw Speedway.  I want to make sure that the drivers supporting this place are rewarded at the end of the season with a nice point fund check.  With that, points will become extremely important for the duration,” claimed Siri.

Gate times for both General Admission and Pit entry along with any other pertinent information regarding the June 25 event will be posted at www.facebook.com/OutlawSpeedwayLLC/.
