Outlaw Speedway Cancels August 12th Race Program

For Immediate Release – August 12th, 2016 –  

(DUNDEE, N.Y.) - Racing for Friday August 12th, 2016 has been cancelled due to poor weather and a strong chance of rain disrupting the racing program this evening.

"We don't feel confident enough that we can both start and finish tonight's program in a timely manner," said Outlaw Speedway owner Tyler Siri.  "There's just too much working against us with today's forecast.  We look forward to seeing everyone next Friday for Boy Scout Night sponsored by Knapp & Schlappi Lumber Company."

Outlaw Speedway is located at 82 Main St in Dundee, NY and holds dirt track racing weekly on Friday nights from mid-April through Labor Day Weekend in September.  The speedway also hosts special events on the grounds with special races run during the fall months of September and October.  A new era is being ushered in for 2016 as Tyler Siri takes over ownership of the Yates County oval nestled in the heart of the Finger Lakes.
